Job Description: Solar PV Maintenance Electrician Help power the future with clean, green energy. Were on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Electrician to join our solar operations team. In this role, youll be out in the field ensuring our solar PV systems stay safe, reliable, and performing at their best. What youll be doing Carrying out routine maintenance, testing, and repairs on solar PV systems Delivering preventative and corrective maintenance (planned and reactive) Fault finding and troubleshooting on both AC and DC systems Recording daily activities through our online reporting system Completing risk assessments and reporting any near misses Supervising and coordinating contractors to maintain H&S compliance Keeping detailed and accurate maintenance and testing records Staying compliant with fire, health, and safety requirements Being flexible for occasional nights away and weekend rota work (with additional pay) What youll bring Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical Installations C&G 2382-18 and 2391-52 (or equivalent) HV AP qualification 3 years experience in Solar PV O&M (ground mount) Solid knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems, high voltage systems, and test equipment Familiarity with CCTV and SCADA systems First Aid and Fire Marshal training (or willingness to train) Harness and IOSH qualifications (desirable training provided if needed) Whats on offer Additional weekend rota pay KPI-driven bonus scheme Training opportunities up to Level 4 Pension (up to 6% employer contributions) Full private health cover 4x life cover 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Company vehicle, mobile, PC, and PPE provided Job Type: Full-time Application question(s): Do you hold a Level 3 City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical Installations, along with C&G 2382-18 and 2391-52 (or equivalent)?
