5+ years of experience in training content development, delivery, and documentation within regulated or IT system environments.

4+ years of experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution, and reporting.

5+ years of experience in system implementation support, including hypercare and post-launch stabilization.

4+ years of experience collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to align initiatives and deliverables.

5+ years of experience in preparing and delivering clear communication, process documentation, and presentation materials.

Job Description of Role* (RNR)

We are seeking an experienced professional to support global regulatory systems initiatives through training design, documentation, and user engagement activities. The role involves developing training materials, supporting user acceptance testing, coordinating hypercare sessions for new implementations, and collaborating with global teams to ensure consistency across initiatives. The candidate will also contribute to eLearning content creation and coach team members to enhance group capability.

Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps

Provides regular updates, proactive and due diligent to carry out responsibilities

Expected Outcome

Experience designing and updating eLearning modules for user training.

Knowledge of regulatory systems and document management platforms.

Familiarity with training needs analysis and competency development frameworks.

Ability to mentor and coach team members in instructional design and training best practices.

This will be used for Upskilling post hiring

Secondary Skills to be planned Post Hiring - Training Plan

Basic knowledge of Cognos for reporting and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with DevOps concepts and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, version control, monitoring).

Experience in dashboard enhancement, maintenance, and minor production updates.

Ability to manage incidents, track resolutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Exposure to structured support environments and ITIL-based processes.
