Document Production Specialist (Remote)

Salary: Competitive

Location: UK (Remote, 15:00–23:00, Monday–Friday)

Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled
Document Production Specialist
to join their fully remote team. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will produce high-quality legal, marketing, and internal documents that meet established style, formatting, and compliance standards. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

This is a
full-time, remote working position
, with occasional travel required for interviews or initial training at one of our client's UK office locations.

Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate, well-structured documents that align with client and organisational style guides
  • Ensure consistency in formatting, layout, and branding across all document types
  • Meet deadlines and manage workflow effectively, raising issues promptly where needed
  • Troubleshoot document-related technical challenges and recommend workable solutions
  • Follow clear written instructions and confidently query ambiguous requirements
  • Adhere to risk, compliance, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with remote team members to deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a document production or similar specialist role
  • Strong understanding of document styling, templates, and complex formatting
  • Highly proficient user of Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to respond effectively to changing priorities
  • Ability to attend a UK office (Manchester or Leeds) for interview and training
