Job descriptionMain purpose of the role
Building on our successes in the region, we have an exciting opportunity for a Land and Partnerships Manager to join our fabulous Land and Partnerships team in the North West. We are aiming for high growth and continue to be extremely acquisitive, and this is an opportunity to join a highly experienced team and play a leading part in our ambitious business plan.
Reporting into the Head of Land & Partnerships, the right candidate will proactively source, manage and progress land and partnership opportunities, alongside supporting and assisting team members in bringing through sites to their completion.
If you're a Land Buyer looking to move up or have 12-18 months experience as a Land Manager with a housebuilder or an RP or Developer, we'd be really interested in hearing from you.
You'll be part of a great team, who's highly driven and motivated, with your day-to-day role largely consisting of identifying, assessing, pursuing and progressing potential opportunities, lead and support on bid submissions, assist and lead in legal negotiations with landowners and key RP partners.

They will take a straightforward approach and be able to manage effectively across the different teams within the office.
