Supplier Conformity Co-Ordinator
Location: Glasgow | Type: Full-time

We're looking for a Supplier Conformity Co-Ordinator to join our Glasgow team. In this key role, you'll oversee supplier quality and compliance, manage non-conformities, and drive improvements with the support of the business that reduce manufacturing risk and strengthen our supply chain.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor performance indicators
  • Review inspection results and validate First Article Acceptances (FAIs)
  • Manage non-conformities: notify, track returns, and oversee corrective actions
  • Collaborate across teams and with suppliers to ensure compliance and quality
  • Consolidate supplier performance data and support continuous improvement
  • Optimise entry/exit controls and supplier quality processes

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or production support
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, Excel
  • Ability to influence, problem-solve
  • Methodical, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Strong ethical mindset, with a collaborative and inclusive approach
  • Travel to suppliers off site 25 -50%
