Emotional Literacy Support Assistant - What the Role Involves
- Supporting the emotional and social development of children through structured interventions.

- Assisting teachers in promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitoring and tracking pupils' progress in emotional literacy and wellbeing.
- Collaborating with staff and parents to ensure consistent support.
- Interviews to begin w/c 25th August 2025.
Emotional Literacy Support Assistant - What the School is Looking For
The ideal candidate will hold a 2:1 or 1st Class degree from a top 30 UK University, with previous child-centred experience valued highly. Schools are seeking proactive, compassionate, and committed individuals who have strong communication skills and a genuine interest in supporting pupil wellbeing.

Emotional Literacy Support Assistant - Salary and Contract Info
- £444 per week, pro rata to term time only
- Contract: Full-time, long-term (September–July), term-time only
- Potential for future teacher training or extended contracts following a successful placement
