We're Hiring – Multiple Dental Reception, TCO & Nursing Roles Available

Part-time (Saturday only) to Full-time Lead Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator

Location: Sunbury-on-Thames

Start Date: From 2 January 2025

Our practice has grown to be the largest in the area with an incredible range of dental treatments spanning from specialist care to state-of-the-art cosmetic treatments. We have a long-established reputation for serving the local community in a warm, friendly and completely professional environment.

We now have several opportunities available, including:

  • Saturday-only Dental Nurse
  • Full-time Lead Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator

You'll work as part of the front-of-house team and help manage and improve how we communicate with our patients and referrers. This includes reception duties, patient communications and marketing support.

Working hours (dependent on role):

  • Monday to Friday: 8–6 or 8–8
  • Saturday: 8–1

Exact working pattern and/or job description will be discussed at interview, subject to skills / experience.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk

  • Welcome patients in a professional, friendly and organised approach
  • Handling calls, emails & social media messages
  • Booking and managing appointments
  • Taking payments and completing day-to-day admin

Patient Communications & Admin

  • Sending treatment plans, follow-ups and patient letters/emails
  • Supporting communication with referring dentists
  • Helping maintain clear and friendly communication templates
  • Handle finance applications, payment plans and full patient communication and journey

Marketing, Reviews & Social Media

  • Helping manage and respond to Google reviews and other social media platforms
  • Gathering patient testimonials (with consent)
  • Creating simple, engaging social media content
  • Organising and capturing practice photos/videos when needed

Responsibilities & What We're Looking For

  • For nursing positions: GDC-registered Dental Nurse with at least 1 year of clinical experience
  • A complete team player
  • Confident communicator with exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience with SOE (Exact) software preferred
  • Excellent command of English, spoken and written

Additional Training Provided:

  • Itero scanning
  • Social media marketing
