Traffic Control 123 has an exciting opportunity for a full time Project Coordinator to join their busy office in Bishops Waltham, Monday to Friday

Working alongside the Delivery Manager, responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

  • Processing and reviewing new task requests daily
  • Permit and notice management
  • Liaising with Councils and engineers
  • Liaising with the internal traffic management team
  • Attending weekly client performance meetings
  • Issuing works to operatives
  • Ensuring works are fluid and compliant ready for commencement of work
  • Ordering of materials
  • General administration duties where required

Applicants will be organised, able to work proactively, accurately and methodically under pressure and to strict deadlines.

Street works/NRSWA knowledge would be an advantage.

All applicants will be IT literate, experienced with Microsoft Office particularly Excel.

In order to meet the requirements of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, Traffic Control 123 requires that all applicants have the right to work within the UK.

Salary dependant on applicant
