Programme Tutor – T Level Health / Health & Social Care

Salary: £32,304 – £40,050

Full-time (35 hours) | Part-time considered

Oldham College

We're looking for a passionate and forward-thinking Programme Tutor to join our Faculty of Caring Professions. You'll teach on T Level Health and Health & Social Care programmes, helping young people develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed for successful futures in nursing, midwifery and wider health careers.

What you'll do:


• Teach and assess on T Level and BTEC Health programmes


• Shape an industry-led curriculum that reflects the evolving Health & Social Care sector


• Work closely with employers to create high-quality placement and work experience opportunities


• Equip learners with the confidence, motivation and professional standards they need to progress

What we're looking for:


• A relevant degree and a recognised teaching qualification


• Recent, hands-on industry experience (within the last 10 years) – ideally in Nursing and/or Midwifery


• A track record of delivering engaging, high-quality teaching


• Someone who wants to make a real difference to young people's lives
