About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicatedHealthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support nurses and other healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care to our residents. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and wants to make a meaningful difference every day. 36 Hours available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and assisting with mobility
  • Support individuals with daily activities while promoting dignity and independence
  • Assist with mealtimes and ensure dietary needs are met
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the wider healthcare team
  • Follow all safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety procedures

About You

  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
  • A caring, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine passion for supporting others
  • NVQ Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care or working towards it
