We are currently seeking for compassionate and proactive Care Worker for full-time or part-time positions in N1, EN2, EN3, EN4, EN5, EN6, EN7, and EN8 and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
Available for one of the following shifts -
Monday - Friday: 7 am - 5 pm or 5 pm - 10 pm
Saturday - Sunday: 7 am - 5 pm or 5 pm - 10 pm

Your Role- As a Care Worker, you will:
Provide direct care and support to all individuals who utilise our service.
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and companionship.
Provide safe and compassionate care and support that is person-centred.
Perform personal care tasks as outlined in the client's care plan.
Create and maintain good communication with clients and other members of the support network.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
Monitor and report any changes to care managers.
