Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Leeds for an Insulation Area Field Manager. The responsibilities include supervising insulation installation projects, managing site teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The field manager will also oversee inventory, prepare progress reports, and actively work to maintain operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and site supervision in construction or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and oversee multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of insulation installation processes, materials, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address challenges on-site.
  • A valid driver's license for travel between sites.
  • Relevant vocational training or certifications in construction management are advantageous.
