Job Description

The Opportunity

We're searching for an exceptional marketing leader to accelerate Guidewire's momentum in Europe by driving pipeline growth and bookings. As VP of Integrated Marketing for EMEA, you'll strategically align and oversee marketing initiatives across multiple channels, emphasizing field marketing, demand generation, and localized product marketing. You'll ensure a cohesive customer experience that aligns directly with revenue objectives and business growth.
Reporting directly to Guidewire's Chief Marketing Officer, you'll collaborate closely with our Managing Director for Europe and other senior leaders across the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute strategic regional field marketing initiatives, including events, account-based marketing programs, and sponsorships.

  • Lead demand-generation campaigns directly aligned with sales pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Localize and activate product marketing strategies tailored to regional market needs.

  • Coordinate integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (events, digital, content, partner marketing).

  • Foster alignment and collaboration with sales, business. development, and product teams.

  • Manage marketing budgets, timelines, and provide regular, data- driven performance reports.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience leading marketing teams in B2B software environments.

  • Proven ability to build and lead agile, high-performing marketing teams.

  • Strong experience as an individual contributor in product marketing and/or field marketing.

  • Experience or knowledge of P&C insurance is ideal, but not required.

  • Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your role as well as use data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
