Join a passionate, global team of four marketers based in New York, London, and Frankfurt, dedicated to elevating Invesco's reputation as a top-tier private markets manager.
Your Role:
As a Senior Marketing Manager - Private Markets you will join us in Henley or Frankfurt and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our Private Markets Strategy and Go-to-Market plan. You'll be a versatile marketing generalist, adept at managing everything from baseline marketing activities to high-impact campaigns, media relations, events, and new product launches.
What you will be doing:
Champion Our Brand: Elevate Invesco's standing as a global leader in real estate and private credit by crafting and embedding consistent, compelling messaging that resonates worldwide.
Collaborate Globally: Work hand-in-hand with our pan-regional marketing team and central stakeholders—including segment marketers, content, social media, PR, analytics, and CRM—to deliver a seamless, coordinated marketing approach that drives measurable results.
Drive Product Success: Partner closely with investment teams and distribution to support strategic product priorities and lead the launch of innovative new offerings that align with our growth ambitions.
Media Relations: Execute an ambitious media relations strategy across EMEA, working with internal teams and external agencies to secure impactful coverage, interviews, and thought leadership opportunities.
Events: Working in partnership with our Events team, deliver exceptional client and partner experiences through meticulous event planning and management, from trade shows to bespoke client events, ensuring every detail aligns with our brand and budget.
Advance Digital Marketing: Harness the power of data, marketing automation, and analytics using Salesforce and Pardot to optimise campaigns and deepen client engagement.
Foster Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with Distribution, Compliance, Events, and Digital teams across regions to amplify Invesco's private markets capabilities and maximize our market impact.
What you will bring:
Proven years in marketing within financial services or asset management, with hands-on experience in private markets—particularly real estate and/or private credit.
Client Focus: Experience in the institutional and wealth management segments.
Media Savvy: background in media relations, with communication and storytelling skills.
Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with MS Office and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, and Aprimo.
Organised & Proactive: Exceptional organisational skills, able to juggle priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
Collaborative & Independent: A true team player who can also take initiative and work autonomously.
Interpersonal Skills: Communicator with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders.
