We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join the dynamic kitchen brigade of our well-established, high-quality restaurant located in the heart of North Yorkshire. Known for our fresh, seasonal menus and exceptional standards, we've built a loyal reputation both locally and beyond.

This opportunity is ideal for a committed Demi Chef or Chef de Partie looking to grow within a creative, professional environment. We value passion, creativity, and the ability to work as part of a successful team delivering outstanding dishes daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Supporting senior chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
  • Ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety are consistently maintained.
  • Contributing to menu development with flair and imagination.

Requirements:

  • Solid background and experience working with fresh food at Chef de Partie level.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong desire to learn and develop.
  • Genuine passion for food, attention to detail, and pride in your work.
  • Reliability, good timekeeping, and a team-player mindset.
