Your Role:

Key Hey Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role at a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel.
  • Proficiency in culinary techniques, with a strong foundation in Italian cuisine preferred.
  • Creativity and passion for innovation, demonstrated through the development of new menu concepts and recipes.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across the culinary team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.
