Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hand Press/Power Press Setter Operator to join our team in operating and maintaining press machines to produce high-quality components. Our power presses vary up to 80 ton.

Duties

- Set up and operate press & hand press machines (Up to 80 Ton) according to specifications

- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality

- Measure and inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards

- Perform basic maintenance on press machines

- Complete the relevant quality control documentations

Skills

- Proficiency in press tooling and hand tools

- Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations

- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and adjustments

- Measure components using Digital Calipers

- Experience working with press machines is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 39 per week

Work Location: In person
