Domiciliary Support Worker CoS- SPONSORSHIP

We are offering for carers who is committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of vulnerable children and adults. This is a fixed-term role tied to a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) with a clear end date. Renewal is not guaranteed, and will depend on performance, conduct, and business needs.
This is a role for someone with integrity, emotional resilience, and a strong moral compass. We are not just hiring a carer—we are entrusting someone with lives that depend on consistency, safety, and ethical care.
Who Should Apply:
- Carers with a valid visa or Home Office permission to switch sponsors
- Drivers with a full UK licence
- Individuals who are truthful, emotionally mature, and committed to safeguarding
- Applicants with strong references and a proven track record in care

Do Not Apply If:
- You were dismissed for misconduct in a care role
- You have no car and business insurance, MOT FOR AT LEAST 6MONTHS
- You left a previous employer without notice
- You are applying only because your visa is ending and you feel pressured
- You are unwilling to allow us to speak with your current or previous employer
- You are easily influenced by gossip, negativity, or poor workplace behaviour
- You have ever manipulated clients for personal gain, including:
- Encouraging clients to leave you their inheritance
- Coercing clients to change their routines or care plans to suit your availability
- Using emotional pressure or deceit to gain favours, gifts, or control
Such behaviour is not only unethical—it is a safeguarding violation and will result in immediate dismissal and reporting to the relevant authorities.

- Renewal is not guaranteed and will be based on performance, conduct, and business needs
Carer Responsibilities:
- You must be willing to undergo reference checks and safeguarding screening
- Provide personal care with dignity and respect (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
- Support adults/children with challenging behaviours, using de-escalation techniques and trauma-informed approaches
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
- Demonstrate excellent time management punctuality and reliability are essential
- Follow the uniform policy at all times (clean, professional attire as provided or required)
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, confidentiality, and professionalism
