Role Purpose
This hybrid role combines operational excellence with hands-on recruitment. You'll keep our hiring engine running smoothly while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. As a TA Coordinator, you'll manage our ATS (Ashby), coordinate interviews, and support senior candidates in the office. As a Recruiter, you'll own hiring for Client Services and Client Due Diligence roles, ensuring speed, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Coordinator
- Own and maintain Ashby ATS, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and reporting integrity.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, balancing candidate and stakeholder availability.
- Be present in the office to welcome and support senior candidates, creating a positive first impression.
- Monitor recruiter activity to keep Ashby clean and compliant; proactively resolve data issues.
- Produce weekly dashboards and insights for the Talent Acquisition Lead.
- Support the Head of Talent with procurement processes including the onboarding and offboarding of new suppliers
- Support the Talent Development Manager with organising monthly induction for new joiners (once a month)
Recruiter
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Client Services and Client Due Diligence roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver against agreed timelines.
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent communities.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess skills and cultural alignment.
- Drive a fast, efficient process while maintaining quality standards and compliance.
- Continuously improve candidate and hiring manager experience through feedback loops and process optimisation.
- Ensure all hires meet ClearBank's high talent bar and contribute to our culture.
Skills & Experience (must-have)
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or junior recruiting.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with an ATS (Ashby preferred) and proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and a candidate-first mindset.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid model (office presence required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Our hiring process and what you can expect:
Application: a member of our talent acquisition team will review your application against the key requirements for the role and let you know within two weeks whether you're moving forward to the next stage;
Screening: You'll spend 30-45 minutes speaking to one of our recruiters learning more about the role and ClearBank, and we'll get it know more about you, your experience and how your skills align with the role (this will be via phone or Teams video call). You can expect to hear back from us within seven days following this meeting (if things are taking longer than expected, we'll let you know that too);
First Interview: You'll spend one hour with a member of our hiring team focusing on your skills, competencies and your ways of working at the same time we'll give you time to ask more questions about the role, the team and learn more about the ClearBank culture. This will be via Teams.
Second Interview: This will be a competency-based interview with one or more members of our team.
Final Stage: You will have a final meeting with the Head of Department. This will be around 45-60 minutes.
