Role Description

We are seeking a Site Manager for an on-site contract role located in Birmingham. Experience in the gas, water or electrical industries is essential. The Site Manager will oversee daily on-site operations, ensure high-quality work, enforce project timelines, and adhere to budget constraints. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, monitoring safety compliance, resolving project challenges, managing subcontractors, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout all phases of construction.

Qualifications

  • Extensive skills and experience in site management
  • Previously worked in gas, water or electrical industries
  • Proficiency in Commercial Management
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and supervise subcontractors effectively
  • Experience with construction processes, time management, and quality control
  • Proven communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
  • SMSTS or SSSTS qualified
