Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Birmingham, UK

Work Regime: Full-time & On-site

Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Site Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Project analysis and the development of technical solutions;
  • Preparation of manufacturing and assembly methodologies;
  • Planning and controlling construction costs;
  • Managing and monitoring assembly on site;
  • Managing subcontractors;
  • Managing on-site work with the client;
  • Ensuring contractual fulfilment, project planning and quality;
  • Temporary works coordination (advantage point);
  • Producing and briefing documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, H&S and quality plans;
  • Conducting regular inspections (safety, quality, ITP) and follow up on corrective actions;
  • Leading by example, promoting best practices in safety, quality and environmental performance.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Degree or Master's in Civil Engineering;
  • At least 3 years' professional experience in a similar role;
  • Knowledge of MSProject, Excel and Autocad;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (advantage point);
  • Leadership and time management skills;
  • Capacity for initiative and sense of responsibility;
  • Organizational and planning skills;
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
