Pinknoise Systems are market leaders in supplying location sound equipment for broadcast/TV/film all over the world. This is an opportunity for a keen individual to join a thriving sales team.

The successful candidate will be on the front-line assisting customers when purchasing via our website or on the phone and reaching out to customers to acquire additional information or notify them of any issues with their order. They will have had some experience in a customer service, sales or office role and be IT literate and enjoy a fast-paced environment.

Some audio knowledge is preferred but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have worked as part of a customer service, sales or admin team, answered customer phone calls, and have excellent grammar.

The successful candidate must be able to commute to Quedgeley, Gloucester. The role is based at the office and the successful candidate will be expected to be in the office, however there is potential to take some work from home days should the need arise.

Expectations

  • Answering customer service calls and assisting with sales calls

  • Responding to customer emails

  • When necessary, assisting or generating quotes

  • Managing customer expectations

  • Dealing with general customer issues

  • Taking payments

  • Assisting the wider sales and customer service team with administrative responsibilities

  • Comply with H&S and Pinknoise policies

Candidate Requirements

  • A general knowledge of audio is preferred

  • Strong client communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Punctual when working to tight deadlines

  • Teamwork

  • A sense of humour

  • Problem solving

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Full driving license and vehicle is preferred for easier commute to the office
