As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and empowering care within our supported living services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalised support and recovery plans
  • Provide emotional and practical support tailored to individual needs
  • Facilitate skill-building sessions, one-to-one mentoring, and daily living support
  • Assist with medication management in line with policy and training
  • Promote mental and physical well-being through active engagement
  • Collaborate with professionals, families, and support networks
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in regular care reviews
  • Advocate for service user rights, dignity, and personal choice
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic living environment

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • At least 1 year of experience in mental health, social care, or a transferable healthcare environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding
  • Right to live and work in the UK

Preferred

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with working alongside vulnerable adults

Flexible Shifts

  • Sleep-in / Waking Night Shifts: 6pm–8am
  • Full-time, part-time, and flexible contracts available
