1. Digital Media Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Plan, schedule, and analyse content performance
  • Capture and edit photo and video content for marketing campaigns
  • Design posters, brochures, and digital graphics
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms

Goal:
Build brand awareness, engagement, and a strong digital identity.

2. Product Responsibilities

  • Research and develop new products
  • Design and update labels, packaging, and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with suppliers or internal teams on product ideas
  • Manage online product listings and e-brochures
  • Collect and respond to customer feedback or reviews

Goal:
Ensure the company's product offerings stay fresh, appealing, and well-presented online and offline.

3. IT Systems Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for staff (computers, printers, emails, Wi-Fi, etc.)
  • Maintain website back-end systems (WordPress, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Manage software updates, backups, and user accounts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues
  • Support digital integrations (POS, online ordering, payment systems)

Goal:
Keep digital systems running smoothly and securely to support business operations.
