Digital Media, Product & IT Systems Executive Responsible for managing a company’s digital presence, supporting product development and marketing, and maintaining the IT systems and digital infrastructure that enable daily operations. It’s a creative–technical hybrid role, blending marketing, design, content creation, website management, and technical support into one position. This title would suit someone who can move fluidly between media production, digital strategy, and IT management. Social Media, Marketing, and Content Responsibilities Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) Plan, schedule, and analyse content performance Capture and edit photo and video content for marketing campaigns Design posters, brochures, and digital graphics Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms Goal Build brand awareness, engagement, and a strong digital identity. Product Responsibilities Research and develop new products Design and update labels, packaging, and promotional materials Collaborate with suppliers or internal teams on product ideas Manage online product listings and e-brochures Collect and respond to customer feedback or reviews Goal Ensure the company’s product offerings stay fresh, appealing, and well‑presented online and offline. IT Systems Responsibilities Provide technical support for staff (computers, printers, emails, Wi‑Fi, etc.) Maintain website back‑end systems (WordPress, WooCommerce, etc.) Manage software updates, backups, and user accounts Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues Goal Keep digital systems running smoothly and securely to support business operations. Skills & Qualities Strong mix of creative and analytical thinking Excellent digital design and technical troubleshooting skills Good communication and time management Understanding of marketing analytics and SEO Familiarity with web technologies and IT systems Not meeting every single criterion isn’t a barrier to applying.
