Job Title: Social Worker - Locality Team
Location: Lincolnshire
Rate: Up to £35 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy adults Locality Team based in North Lincolnshire Council. The management is extremely supportive and there is flexibility around hybrid working.

What will your responsibilities be?
To protect adults at risk, you will conduct robust assessments and use safeguarding procedures with an emphasis on making safeguarding personal. You will assess the needs of adults and their carers in line with LB Bromley procedures based on the Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation. Together with the adult and their carer, you will formulate and implement personal budgets and support plans. You will monitor, review, and evaluate support plans, including direct payments, to ensure they are consistent with eligible needs. Additionally, you will provide supervision, support, and advice to other team members and act as a deputy for the Team Leader.

Qualifications and Experiences:
You must have a degree in Social Work and be registered with the SSSC. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of relevant legislation and policies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential for this role.
