National Children's Orchestras (NCO) empowers children to experience the joy of orchestral music and develop skills for life. We are seeking a Chair of Trustees and new Board members to join our Board and help guide the organisation into its next chapter.

Chair of Trustees

We are looking for an experienced leader with governance experience to provide strategic direction, support the Chief Executive, and champion the organisation's mission. The Chair will play a key role in ensuring the charity's long-term sustainability and impact.

Board Members

We are seeking dedicated individuals with skills in leadership, governance, finance, risk management, or fundraising. Prior governance experience is welcome but not essential.

These roles offer the opportunity to shape the future of the organisation, support young musicians aged 8-14, and contribute to NCO's long-term growth and success.

We particularly welcome applications from underrepresented backgrounds and those based in Bristol or the South West.
