You'll have the chance to earn uncapped commission while building genuine relationships with local entrepreneurs and helping them grow with SumUp's innovative products.

Your ImpactIn this role, you will:
You already know how to connect with people — now you'll turn that into opportunity.
- Connect with local business owners — from cafés and barbershops to boutiques and salons — and help them discover easier, smarter ways to take payments and grow their business.
- Bring your personality to every conversation. You'll meet people face-to-face, demoing simple tools like payment systems and point-of-sale devices, and show how they fit each business's day-to-day reality.
- Take control of your success. You'll plan your territory, follow up with interested businesses, and turn those "maybe later" conversations into "let's get started."
- Solve real problems on the spot. Whether it's helping a local café speed up checkout or showing a salon how to track sales, you'll turn questions and objections into confidence and trust.
- Become a familiar face in your community. The more relationships you build, the more your reputation — and your referrals — grow.
- You've thrived in customer-facing roles — whether that's retail, hospitality, call centres, community work, or freelance sales — and you genuinely enjoy meeting people and having real conversations face-to-face.
- You've got that mix of drive and discipline — you set goals, stay focused, and bounce back stronger when things don't go your way.
- You're curious about how things work — especially when it comes to new products or tech — and you love learning ways to make your pitch sharper and more effective.
- You're a relationship builder at heart — someone who knows how to earn trust locally and turn it into loyal customers and lasting opportunities.
- You might already have experience with lead generation, door-to-door outreach, or territory sales — but if you've ever built a customer base from scratch or grown repeat clients, you're already halfway there.
- Earn what you're worth. Take home 50% of the revenue from payments, hardware, and software sales — plus 25% recurring income for up to five years.
- Start strong. You'll earn 75% of SumUp's net revenue in your first year, setting you up for quick wins and solid income from day one.
- Build your future income. With monthly revenue share and long-term clients, your hard work keeps paying off — even months or years later.
- Learn, grow, and master your craft. Get hands-on training, product coaching, and proven strategies to help you sell smarter, faster, and with confidence.
- You're not on your own. You'll have ongoing support from a dedicated Territory Manager and a community of peers who share ideas, celebrate wins, and help each other succeed.
- Introductory pre-selection with our Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Conversation with a Territory Manager to explore mutual fit and territory goals.
