Business Development Consultant – AI scale-up

This isn't your average sales job. You will be joining a growing AI and tech scale-up, learning how to sell complex technology solutions to senior decision-makers. We will train you to think like a consultant - not a cold caller - and give you the tools to build a long-term career in enterprise tech sales.

What You'll Do
- Build relationships with business leaders and uncover their technology challenges.
- Develop a sales pipeline and identify when companies are in the market for IT, cybersecurity, and AI services.
- Work closely with senior sales consultants to progress opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Use HubSpot to manage leads, update contacts, and track your activity.
- Support proposal writing and marketing outreach campaigns.
- Share ideas to help improve how we sell and communicate with clients.
What You'll Bring

- Curiosity about technology and a drive to learn how AI and IT services help businesses.
- A proactive, resilient mindset (you will make plenty of calls and learn fast).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic IT literacy (Microsoft Office, email, online research).
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a bonus, not essential.
