Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of housing disrepair claims from instruction through to resolution.
  • Handling a range of litigation matters, ensuring cases are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
  • Drafting legal documents, witness statements, and pleadings.
  • Attending court hearings and managing negotiations/settlements.
  • Delivering high standards of client care and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with proven experience in Housing Disrepair and Litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of civil procedure and case management.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
  • A proactive, organised, and results-driven approach.
