Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer, based in London. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, resolving hardware and software issues, managing help desk requests, and maintaining IT systems and networks. This role involves troubleshooting technical problems, performing system administration tasks, and ensuring smooth operation and support for both staff and clinical technology.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Help Desk Support experience with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of Information Technology and System Administration, including maintaining and configuring IT systems and software
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues through effective troubleshooting
  • Strong communication skills to assist non-technical users and foster cross-team collaboration
  • Proficiency in managing advanced diagnostic and networking systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare or veterinary setting is an advantage
