Hambleton Equine Clinic is growing and we're recruiting for a full time receptionist to join our team
We are a well-established, purpose built equine clinic in beautiful North Yorkshire with a fantastic, close-knit team. We have a full range of modern diagnostic equipment as well as full theatre and hospital facilities with inpatient capacity for over 20 horses. Our case work includes everything from leisure, performance and sports horses, racing and stud work.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable and a team player with the ability to work in a busy clinical environment. They will have an equine background and demonstrate experience in a receptionist position, answering telephone calls, managing diaries and using booking and payment systems.
Your typical day will include answering client queries, whether by telephone or email, booking in appointments and managing our diary to ensure we are operating in a time and cost-efficient manner whilst maintaining a high level of client care. Other duties include setting up new clients, ensuring client records are kept up to date, preparing daily post, greeting visitors, booking in our inpatients, and taking customer payments.
This is a full time position, Monday to Friday 9:30am-6:00pm
