IPL Operators – 6 month fixed term contracts

Our IPL operators are critical to the smooth running of our operations, providing comprehensive knowledge and technical skill. We are looking for a passionate operator to join our team and have some fun along the way.

We are on the hunt for 3 x IPL Operators to come and join our Operations team at Castleford, we have two alternating positions available and one night shift position.

Hours of Work:

Alternating shift pattern (Monday – Friday)

• Week 1: 06:00 - 14:00
• Week 2: 13:55 – 21:55

Alternating Shift Pattern Salary: £29,841.24

Night time shift pattern (Sunday – Thursday)

• Sunday: 22:00 - 06:05
• Monday - Thursday: 21:50 - 06:05

Night Shift Salary: £34,689.74

Within this role you will work as part of our operations team to provide timely delivery of finished goods to despatch and packing materials to the packing machines in a safe, efficient and effective manner.

Ingredients to bring with you:

• Previous experience working within a food manufacturing or manufacturing environment is beneficial
• Awareness and knowledge of Health and Safety as well as Food Hygiene standards
• Strong planning and organisation skills
• Good written and verbal communication abilities
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team; we are looking for a reliable and supportive team player
• An ability to use initiative as well as work independently
