Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate medical aesthetician to join our dynamic and growing team within an established medical aesthetics clinic. You will be responsible for delivering high quality face and body treatments, ensuring exceptional patient experience and contributing to the clinics ongoing success through excellent service, clinical expertise and commercial awareness.
Purpose of the Role
You will ensure every aspect of the patient journey is delivered to the highest possible standard, reflecting the values of the company. From the first point of contact to post treatment follow-up, you will uphold an atmosphere of calm professionalism, discretion and care, offering an exceptional experience that exceeds expectations.
Perform a range of non-injectable, advanced aesthetics treatments in line with clinic protocols to the highest of standards
Assess and consult with patients to create bespoke treatment plans, ensure safety and satisfaction throughout their journey
Support the wider clinic team in maintaining excellence across all aspects of patient care and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct personalised and thorough consultations and assessments to determine patient suitability for treatments and create personalised treatment plans.
Deliver a wide range of advanced aesthetics treatments:-
Laser
IPL
Morpheus8
Obagi Skin Peels
Obagi Facials
HIFU
Microneedling
Hydrafacial
Provide excellent pre and post care advice.
Promote and recommend treatments and skin care products to maximise outcomes and revenue opportunities.
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with safety, infection control and data protection policies.
Support the team in all aspects of treatment and clinic care, cross convert patients to injectables/medical aesthetics treatments where appropriate.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
NVQ level 3 as a minimum requirement.
Minimum of two years in a medical or aesthetics environment.
Proven experience of delivering the above listed treatments.
Sound knowledge of skin anatomy and physiology.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience of working within a CQC regulated medical clinic environment is advantageous.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 20 per week
