The Product Manager role arises from a strategic investment aligned with Infor's focus on Food & Beverage, providing an opportunity to help our customers increase revenue while optimizing costs and profitability. It is a critical position as we transition the existing acquired TPM solution onto AWS, making it truly multi-tenant.
Over time, the TPM system has evolved beyond managing promotional spend and investments. It now serves as a comprehensive Revenue Growth Management (RGM) platform delivering significant value to customers in driving growth.
Role Overview
The product manager for TPM has the responsibility to drive our new TPM offering from strategy, into roadmap to a series of product releases. Focused on F&B & broader the CPG industry, looking at the whole Revenue Growth Management function as well as the TPM specifics within it.
The Product Manager will own the TPM solution and its integration into M3 Cloud and it's associated applications. It's expected that this role will need to ultimately be able to advise & help steer the whole industry roadmap across all the related applications.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
* Drive the product strategy and roadmap for Infor's TPM and broader RGM solutions, with a focus on integration into M3, demand forecasting and other relevant Infor OS solutions.
* Partner with the RGM development team to deliver features and cloud maturity to add significant value to Infor clients and keep Infor's TPM offering market leading.
* Collaborate with customers, industry experts, and regulatory bodies to anticipate market needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
* Communicate both with both internal and external stakeholders on the product vision, strategy, roadmap and developments
* Define and track key success metrics to measure product adoption and impact.
Basic Qualifications:
* Knowledge and understanding of the TPM & RGM fields
* Knowledge and understanding of the F&B industry and or other CPG industries
* Good understanding of technology and software development
* Good understanding of industry ERP solutions ideally Infor M3
* Experience working in or alongside product management
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across global, cross-functional teams.
* Strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation in sustainability and compliance.
* Proven ability to understand and communicate complex systems and processes in a way that others can understand and engage with "find complex make simple"
