Role Description

We are looking for the right candidate to join one of our Business Centre teams. Our client is revolutionising the automotive industry with its commitment to sustainable performance, minimalist design and advanced technology. This year marks a pivotal moment for the brand, with the launch of new car models and an intensified focus on delivering an extra-ordinary customer sales experience.

The Business Sales Lead Generator is an integral part of the Business Centre Team. You will be responsible for engaging with business customers to qualify leads, arrange appointments, and support database growth. Your goal is to deliver a seamless and exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for a driven individual passionate about generating sales opportunities, delivering outstanding service, with strong communication skills and a desire to contribute to a forward-thinking team.

£26,750 - £28,750 per annum

Key Responsibilities


• Lead generation, conduct targeted B2B outbound calls to qualify leads and identify business opportunities


• Schedule high-quality appointments for Fleet Sales Managers ensuring all relevant qualification criteria are met


• Improve and expand the business database by qualifying and categorising data during calls


• Update and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce


• Use key metrics to enhance data quality


• Build relationships with retailer network, ensuring consistency and reliability


• Build rapport with customers to foster trust and loyalty, leading to authentic connection and genuine conversations


• Meet quality assurance standards


• Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction, ensuring a positive and professional representation of Strive Group and our client.

• Your experience. Experience of generating and qualifying sales leads in a similar role is essential
