We are a small Team who work closely with the council's surveyors, responsive repairs team, gas contractors and other teams, to deliver excellent customer service to our residents and elected members, ensuring the customer experience is both positive and effective as well as the job being interesting and varied.

About the role
As a Partnership and Resident Liaison Officer, you will provide assistance to the Customer Services Manager in delivering excellent customer service by engaging with and obtaining the support and input of other stakeholders, in order that our service is developed to the optimum level.
Collectively as part of the team, you will be responsible for the investigation and resolution of complaints and enquires from residents, elected members and colleagues.
You will be responsible for developing and applying existing systems to monitor and carry out leaseholder consultation, and to assist in ensuring compliance in all regards with the service charges, consultation requirements and regulations. If you do not possess an understanding of leasehold management in general, specifically consultation requirements under sections 18-30 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, training will be given.
This role involves the use of Microsoft Office and in-house computer systems and requires you to be able to monitor and analyse data for your team to ensure adherence to statutory deadlines.
You will have experience of working in a busy office environment with the ability to prioritise your workload around the demands of the service and strict deadlines.

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.
