We're looking for a passionate and driven Patient Bookings Coordinator to join our Telephone Contact Centre Sales Team in a part-time capacity. If you thrive on meaningful conversations, compassionate connections, and helping people take life-changing steps, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to do just that.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with potential patients via outbound and inbound calls, live chat, and call-back requests—offering reassurance and expert guidance

  • Build genuine relationships and help patients book consultations with our expert surgeons

  • Work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where empathy, communication, and enthusiasm are key

  • Receive full training—whether you come from healthcare, sales, or customer service, we'll support your success
