The Role

Prospect is seeking a Marketing Associate to plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok for our portfolio of teams, leagues, broadcasters and bookmakers. You will work with our team of data scientists to turn predictive insights into execution, helping our clients to improve ROAS. This is a hands-on practitioner role — keyboard-in-hand — working closely with client leads, creatives and data teams.

What You'll Do

Baseline requirements:

§ Build, launch and manage campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok.

§ Create, validate and justify audience, budget phasing and channel allocation strategies.

§ Maintain a library of creative assets, including fields for asset-specific properties such as content form, video duration and athletes featured.

§ Pull relevant data and curate high-quality weekly performance reports with clear, prioritised changes to strategy. Produce monthly deep-dive reports with narrative and next steps.

§ Implement and troubleshoot the full tracking stack (GA4, pixels, CAPI) to ensure accurate attribution.

§ Proactively flag threats to campaign performance and recommend clear, data-backed adjustments.

An exceptional candidate will also:

§ Use creativity and proactiveness to suggest fresh campaign concepts and smarter spend allocations.

§ Design and run structured experiments (A/B and incrementality tests) and report outcomes.

§ Use CRO best practice to shape conversion journeys including landing page and lead-gen form design.

Partner with Prospect's data science/R&D teams to inform development of new analytics models and features.

Your Experience

§ Preferred 1-2 years managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta and/or TikTok (agency or in-house), or at least 6+ months full-time internship experience.

§ Demonstrated experience in taking a brief, translating into a media plan and setting up campaigns/ad sets/ad groups, audiences, budget phasing, and creatives.

§ Track record of working with and troubleshooting GA4/GTM, pixels and conversion tracking.

§ Internal: improve efficiency of campaign execution and reporting processes, produce high-quality insight.
