Quality Manager – Manufacturing Sector
Coleraine,
Salary £60,000 depending on experience
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager to join a rapidly growing, highly innovative manufacturing organisation. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will take the lead on quality strategy, compliance, and continuous improvement across all operations.

The Role:
Manage, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management SystemEnsure full compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 3834, and EN 1090 standardsLead quality assurance across production, fabrication, and final assemblyMaintain records of inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actionsDrive a proactive, quality-first culture throughout the businessLead and support internal/external audits and ensure audit readinessOversee customer quality expectations, complaints, and performance issuesImplement robust root cause analysis and CAPA processesAct as senior escalation point for critical quality issuesIntegrate customer and regulatory requirements into all quality processesSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the organisationProvide clear quality performance reporting to senior managementThe Person:
10+ years' experience in Quality roles, including 3+ years at managerial levelStrong background in manufacturing and Quality Management SystemsProven experience with ISO accreditations and audit managementSkilled in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and data-driven decision-makingFull driving licence ISO Lead Auditor certification (desirable)Next Steps
