About the Job:Let's Play are looking for an individual to deliver sports activities at our Fun Week programme in the school holidays at Watford Woodside Leisure Centre, Watford. This will include delivering a variety of sports activities to a high standard, catering for all children of mixed ability, aged between 5 and 12 years of age. The daily programme will include activities delivered from our schedule which aim to have a positive impact on young children. The sessions will range from: Multi-Sports, Performing Arts/Dance, Swimming, Bouncy Castle, Team Games, Esports, Lego Building and Arts n Crafts. We have an outstanding reputation of delivering fun holiday camps suitable for all children in our care.  Essential Requirements: Has a keen interest and passion in working with and facilitating fun games for primary-aged childrenHas experience working at children’s holiday camps and/or a childcare settingDemonstrates willingness to develop their skills and general practicePunctual, Reliable & CommittedHas experience in delivering activities to primary-aged childrenStrong communication & organisational skillsAble to interact well with staff, parents/carers and children  Preferred Requirements: Clean UK driver’s licenseExperience and/or willingness to deliver other activities during our Fun Week provision, such as: Arts n Crafts, Multi-SportsCompleted appropriate courses at Sixth Form, College or University Duties & Responsibilities for this role: Manage and motivate your team, to ensure they are delivering the programme to a high standardLiaise with parents/carers, staffing team and the Directors on a regular basisEnsure sessions delivered are challenging, realistic & fun for primary-aged childrenCreate a positive learning environment for the children in our careDeliver the coaching programme to a high standard consistently. Follow our coaching philosophy, ensuring everything we deliver is: Fun, Inclusive & EducationalTo understand the individual needs of the staff and children in our care and challenge/engage them appropriately Deal with any first aid/emergency situationApproachable in liaising with parents/carersTo be committed to ensuring every session is delivered to the best of your abilityBe creative and passionate in your delivery You will be provided with:Professional sports kitOpportunities for progression and additional work opportunities.Further qualifications. To apply, please send a copy of your CV to letmeplay@play-sport.co.uk with the subject line ‘Holiday Club Sports Coach’.  About Let Me Play: Let's Play are an Ofsted registered childcare provider, delivering holiday camps to children aged 5-12.
