Job Description:Job Title: Management AccountantLocation: Altrincham (100% Office-Based)Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annumEmployment Type: Full-Time, PermanentAbout the Opportunity:We’re working with a well-established business based in Altrincham to recruit a Management Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced management accountant looking to grow their career within a collaborative and dynamic finance team.This position is 100% office-based and would suit someone who thrives in a supportive environment where their input is valued at both operational and strategic levels.Key Responsibilities:Preparation of monthly management accounts, including inter-company reconciliations.Supporting year-end close and liaising with external auditors.Producing cash flow forecasts and supporting day-to-day cash management.Delivering profitability reporting, identifying financial trends, risks, and opportunities.Contributing to the preparation of statutory and non-statutory returns, including VAT and other tax submissions.Supporting company Secretary duties and providing financial advice on business decisions.Assisting with budgeting and forecasting.What We’re Looking For:Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) – Essential.Currently working as a Management Accountant in a fast-paced environment.Strong Excel and accounting software skills.Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical and analytical approach.Confident communicator with the ability to work with senior stakeholders.A team player who can also work independently and manage competing priorities.Why Apply?A chance to join a forward-thinking company with exciting growth plans.Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and add real value.Stable and supportive environment where your development is encouraged.
