Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.What You're Going to DoFinancial Leadership: Full responsibility for P&L, annual budgets and performance targets. Drive revenue growth across all streams, including sponsorship and ancillary income.Operational Excellence: Deliver best‑in‑class guest experience, venue management and production. Oversee contractors and ensure smooth event delivery.Partnership & Content Development: Build strong relationships with promoters, sponsors and stakeholders. Support content development across music, comedy and sports.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high‑performing team. Ensure staff training meets AEG’s best‑in‑class standards.Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe environment and meet all licensing, health & safety obligations.
