Job Description
Are you ready to shape the future of product strategy and governance? Join our Strategic Change team at Legal & General Asset Management, where we lead critical initiatives that drive scalable growth and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity to influence how we deliver products that meet customer needs and regulatory standards while supporting our global ambitions.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading strategic change projects to improve product processes and operating models
- Driving efficiency by analysing workflows and implementing streamlined solutions
- Managing projects using robust planning tools and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Supporting product reviews and identifying opportunities for enhancements
- Providing technical expertise on product structures, regulations, and operations
- Engaging operational teams and service providers to deliver successful outcomes
- Collaborating with market insights teams to inform competitive product development
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of asset management and pooled product structures
- Experience in product strategy, development, and lifecycle management
- Proven ability in project management and process improvement
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance standards
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
- Professional qualifications such as IMC or CFA (desirable)
