Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to influence how we deliver products that meet customer needs and regulatory standards while supporting our global ambitions.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading strategic change projects to improve product processes and operating models
• Driving efficiency by analysing workflows and implementing streamlined solutions
• Managing projects using robust planning tools and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and regulatory requirements
• Supporting product reviews and identifying opportunities for enhancements
• Providing technical expertise on product structures, regulations, and operations
• Engaging operational teams and service providers to deliver successful outcomes
• Collaborating with market insights teams to inform competitive product development

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

• Degree qualified or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of asset management and pooled product structures
• Experience in product strategy, development, and lifecycle management
• Proven ability in project management and process improvement
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and governance standards
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams
• Professional qualifications such as IMC or CFA (desirable)
