As the leader of our B2B marketing efforts, you'll be responsible for developing, overseeing and project managing all digital activity, including campaigns that highlight our products to our customers. If you're passionate about making a difference, pushing boundaries, and driving success in a collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you.ResponsibilitiesSome specific responsibilities of this role include:Lead and guide team of 3 marketing professionals' day to day to develop and deliver a marketing strategy that covers UK, EU Growth and Defense marketing.A key part of the role is the development and delivery of our digital marketing strategy across the business.Marketing AI development – an understanding of how AI might change the behaviours of our customers and how WG could integrate AI and automation into our marketing processes.Working closely with our US colleagues and external agencies to deliver and execute Website Refresh project.Work closely with North America team to ensure we are aligned digitally and as a brand.Liaising with external agencies and internal departments on hosting and maintenance of website.Oversee all marketing production including print and digital. Eg. Social media content, video, brochures, leaflets, newsletters, emails.Collaborate and bridge sales and marketing by monitoring sales pain points and aligning our services to what they need.Involved in Global values and Strategy, part of the working group and ensuring it translates to marketing campaigns and internal communications.Create and manage marketing budget for UK, Group and Defense. Working closely with finance on budget spend each month as well as KPI reporting.Monthly reporting and quarterly reviews as a Global view and developing data driven strategies.Stakeholder management including preparation and delivery of quarterly reviews to senior management.Undertake team 1-1s monthly, along with bi-annually PDR reviews/goal setting.Skills & Experience RequiredFull time or 4 days per week.
