Territory Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Residential Sales Manager is required to join a leading HVAC organisation, driving dealer engagement, strategic growth initiatives, and market share development across the Central Division.If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.Territory Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Residential Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing business plans, dealer recruitment programs, pricing strategies, and training initiatives to support both internal teams and external dealer partners.An ideal Territory Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Residential Sales Manager will have a strong background in HVAC sales or program development, proven leadership skills, and to collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations teams.Package & Location:$100K – $160K base salary, plus bonus and incentivesMedical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401K with company matchBased in Houston, TXTerritory Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Residential Sales Manager Responsibilities:Develop the annual HVAC business plan in alignment with divisional leadershipCreate and manage new dealer recruitment programs and incentive structuresEstablish and maintain divisional pricing strategiesImplement a dealer development training program for Territory Managers (TMs)Streamline HVAC product offerings by branch to drive focus and improve inventory depthCollaborate with Marketing to design and execute HVAC budgets, incentives, and xpwpeyx dealer engagement campaignsTerritory Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Residential Sales Manager Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferredMinimum 5 years’ experience in HVAC sales, business development, or dealer program managementProven ability to develop strategic plans and execute complex initiativesStrong knowledge of dealer incentive structures, training, and engagement programs#J-18808-Ljbffr
