Together, we'll create digital experiences that wow our customers and make our competitors wish they worked here.How will you make an impact?Define and drive the technology landscape and platform architecture to ensure they align with the wider business longer term OKRs.Champion best practices in software engineering, including code quality, testing, and documentation.Lead the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Work closely with Head of Product and Head of Data to ensure alignment between development output and business requirements.Drive the evolution and innovation of cutting-edge technologies to share future ready solutions to maintain a competitive edge.Build high performing and cross functional development teams. Empowering them with the inspiration to build what's next.How will you experience success with usProven experience in a senior technical leadership role, ideally as Head of Development or similar with strong experience of technical design and delivery methodologies and best practices.Strong background in modern engineering practise with hands-on experience in technologies such as ASP.NET, MVC, C#, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue), SQL, and AWS.Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Passionate about building and developing high performing technical teams and drive a culture of innovation.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.You are curious at exploring new technology tools and practices that enable businesses to accelerate and advance technology evolution.Hands on innovator and entrepreneurial drive who thrives on driving innovation, spearheading development enhancement and inspiring and empowering team with the inspiration to build what's next.Your journey with usOur aim is to provide you a transparent interview process from the moment you apply for the role.
