The Director, Regional Sales actively leads a solutions-based sales team to sell to SMB and Enterprise businesses on or near our owned fiber network to meet and exceed quota. The Regional Director is responsible for directing and overseeing the execution of the sales team to identifying enterprise level prospects which need high-availability connectivity. The Regional Director will review and manage the ROI on all sales opportunities to ensure they are meeting the defined corporate objectives. They will assist the sales staff in running comprehensive discovery meetings, presenting detailed solutions/proposals as well as demonstrating the Everstream differentiators. They will be required to provide accurate and timely forecasts and reports as required.Apply promptly A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.Primary Responsibilities:Go to Market StrategyDirect the sales team where time, activity and sales effort should be placed increasing the probability of success.Ability to develop a regional brand awareness program in concert with Marketing to increase the Everstream awareness and brand recognition.Ability to measure, track and adjust sales activity metrics at an individual sales rep level.Business AcumenAbility to offer executive support and interaction with CXO contacts within sales opportunities.Ensuring that all sales meet the defined financial model to deliver solutions that meet customer expectations while delivering positive financial results to Everstream.Ability to establish and maintain relationships with supporting departmental personnel (OSP, NOC, Finance, Etc.) to improve the customer experience.Leverage for sales activity (prospecting effort, appointments, funnel growth and sales).Appointment coaching to identify opportunities for improvement in the execution of the defined sales process.Ability to develop individual activity plans to properly build and support a 30-60-90 and 90+ Day Funnel to deliver consistent sales results.Provide daily, weekly and monthly coaching.REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:Required:Bachelor's degree in business or related field7 to 10 years of selling and telecom sales experience3 to 5 years of sales management experienceExperience working with Enterprise and Fortune 1000 BusinessesKnowledge and understanding of optical networking (Ethernet, Internet, Dark Fiber)Sales experience as a “hunter” as well as within a “farmer” in a technology sales positionUnderstanding of data center and cloud back-up and recoveryDocumentation of sustained sales results leading a teamMicrosoft OfficeBENEFITSEverstream Solutions LLC offers competitive compensation as well as a generous employee benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance policies.
