You will develop and maintain an effective governance risk and controls framework ensuring that we comply with constitutional and regulatory requirements. A collaborative approach is important for this role as you will be providing advice and support to the Board, People & Governance Committee, and Executive Team.With an ICSA or equivalent qualification, you will bring experience of successfully managing governance, risk management, assurance, and compliance in a regulated customer-facing service environment, an awareness of the challenges facing housing associations and their residents, and experience of working with executive teams, boards, and committees.
