You will be ensuring the design standards are aligned with industry best practices, user journeys and brand guidelines.The Head of Product Design will define the strategy for our products, establish the principles and guidelines to ensure consistency in design language, style and functionality.What you will be doing as a Head of Product DesignEnsuring high-quality, user-centred designs are delivered across all touchpoints, from ideation to implementation.Partnering with sales and customer success teams to gather feedback and ensure that the product platform remains customer-centricData & ReportingChampioning the voice of the user, leveraging research, data, and insights to inform design decisions and improve user satisfaction.
